Health and Safety
Staff will train the client to build a foundation regarding maintaining general health and wellness practices. NCA Staff training focuses on developing skills to stay safe at home and understanding safety practices while in the community.
Financial Literacy
NCA staff members will meet the client at their level of understanding of financial literacy. We understand that creating a based foundation of money and currency exchange in the community is an important skill to live a successful life. We aim to help our clients take part in their financial future by assisting them in understanding better how money management works.
Decision-Making Skills
Our staff will assist the client in developing the critical thinking skills necessary for daily living. NCA staff will provide the client with ongoing training in a real-world setting, and we provide our clients with training scenarios to develop an awareness of daily living situations.
Recreation and Social
NCA staff members also understand that building a solid community is essential for clients' self-esteem and personal confidence. Our staff will help the client maintain an active lifestyle while exploring new positive interests. We believe everyone has the right to pursue happiness and access to ongoing positive enjoyment.
